Lightsaber is handcrafted in Malaysia by ACLightsabers. Our lightsabers are handcrafted. These are NOT mass produced items from factories. ACLightsabers are budget friendly affordable sabers.

HILT - approximately 12 inches (made of thick 1 piece UPVC for strength (more rigid than normal PVC), covered with chrome wrap, dark chrome wrap & brown pleather wrap ). Hilts can be used for dueling.

LED – 3w high power imported LED (choose between Red, Green, Blue) - refer picture. Premium RGB led is only available if you choose the Premium RGB soundboard. For all others, you can only choose 1 single colour. Premium RGB refers to multicolour changing capability which covers all the colours of the rainbow.

BLADE – Include removable 32 inch polycarbonate midgrade transwhite blade. Hilt has 1 inch diameter, compatible with all other blades with 1 inch diameter as well. Midgrade blades are suitable for medium strength dueling with other midgrade blades. Midgrade blades provides maximum brightness and are not suitable for extreme heavy dueling. Midgrade refers to the wall thickness of the blade which is thicker than thin wall but slightly thinner than heavy grade blades. Midgrade blades gives the best balance between strength, brightness and weight. The blade can be removed from the hilt.

SOUND - Optional. You may choose this saber with or without sound. For sabers with sound, you have the option of basic sound (using our economy soundcard) , premium sound with single colour and premium sound with colour changing capability (RGB).

SWITCHES - Hilt with light only comes with 1 switch. Hilt with basic sound and light comes with 2 switches. 1 for light and 1 for sound. Hilts with premium sound comes with 1 switch and 1 recharge port.

BATTERIES –3 pieces AAA batteries (for light only and basic sound) and 1 piece Li-ion rechargeable battery for premium sound option. Watch this video on how to replace the batteries https://youtu.be/XowVWl5PzXY. When you first received the saber, remove the paper tab from the battery holder. The paper tab is inserted in the battery holder to stop the current from flowing during shipping. You can access the battery holder by twisting open the pommel (bottom piece). We cannot ship Li-ion batteries to Australia.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME - This is the time from the day we received your order until the time your saber is ready for shipping. Production lead time is different for different products and is updated regularly here to reflect the production queue. You will be informed of your wait time in your order confirmation email too.

SHIPPING TIME AND SHIPPING INSURANCE -

Standard shipping - Does not include insurance and takes about 12-16 working days to arrive (depend on location)

Expedited shipping - Does not include insurance and takes about 7 - 10 working days to arrive (depend on location)

Standard shipping and expedited shipping with insurance include US$100 of insurance (or the value of the product, whichever is lower). Shipping time is the same as those stated above.

Effective July 2021 - We can no longer ship to EU due to new EU regulations. All sales to EU will be cancelled and refunded

VERY IMPORTANT -

1. Please provide your telephone number for shipping purpose, in the notes to the seller, during checkout. Without telephone number, we are unable to ship your product. If you are unable to find Notes to Seller, you may send me a conversation thru etsy or email me your telephone number to alancheong@ymail.com. I will inform you that I have received your phone number. If you do not receive that acknowledgement, please email your phone number to me.

2. Our prices do not include import duties and taxes. We sell worldwide and many countries do not impose taxes on purchases overseas whilst some countries do impose duties/taxes. The threshold amount of which an item is taxable also vary greatly between countries. Therefore, you need to be aware of your country's regulations and buyers are responsible for their own tax payments as we do not collect any taxes upfront and our prices do not include any taxes.

NO taxes is collected upfront during checkout by Etsy. If there are taxes to be imposed by those countries, it will be imposed at the point of import (airport, sea port). The taxes are to be paid by the buyer (NOT the seller). The courier (shipping company) will contact the buyer for the payment of the taxes/duties/GST/VAT. The courier will also help the buyer to do all the necessary paperwork and collect the payment from the buyer and make the payment to the relevant authorities in order to clear the package from the Customs Department. The courier company will pass on the import processing fee for doing the clearance work. This fee is also payable to the Customs Dept even if you decide to go to the airport personally and do the clearance yourself. Fee is charged by Customs for clearance work in addition to the taxes, if any.

The rate of tax depends on the country and differs for each country. If the buyer is unwilling or unable to pay the tax, the item will be retained by the Customs for 2 weeks and thereafter, the package will be destroyed. When that happens, the buyer will no longer be able to receive the item anymore. The buyer also cannot claim from the seller as the seller has already provided and shipped the product. If the buyer is unwilling or unable to pay any taxes imposed by their countries' government, then the buyer should refrain from buying any products which is imported from overseas.
